Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yeşilçam Studios (yesilcamstudios.com and yesilcamstudios.com/app, together "the Service"), provided by Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Yeşilçam Studios is a platform of AI-powered production studios including but not limited to Film Studio (AI image, video, story and character generation), Fashion Try-On (virtual try-on) and Maket (walkable 3D scenes from floor plans). The Service is available via web browser, a command-line tool (CLI) and an MCP server. Accounts, the token wallet and subscriptions run on the Lodos infrastructure; your Yeşilçam Studios account is the same as your Lodos account.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

4. Subscriptions, Tokens and Payments

Generations in the Service are paid with tokens. The token cost of each operation is shown before you start it. Tokens are loaded monthly with subscription plans or added to your wallet by purchasing a token pack. By subscribing or purchasing a token pack:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan or pack.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected and renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Token packs are one-time purchases; tokens are non-refundable once loaded into the wallet and used. Tokens of generations that fail for a reason on our side are refunded to your wallet automatically.
• We reserve the right to change pricing and token costs with 30 days' notice.

Purchase details are governed by the Preliminary Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service and of the outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by applicable law. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. AI-Powered Features

The studios (Film Studio, Fashion Try-On, Maket) use AI technology. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete or what you expected.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content.
• AI features consume tokens from your account.
• We may change the models and providers used, which could change output quality and duration.

9. Generated Content and Responsibility

With respect to the inputs you upload (images, videos, text, floor plans, garment images) and the outputs you generate, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for holding the necessary rights and permissions for the inputs you upload.
• You may not generate content that uses the image, voice or likeness of real persons without their consent, or that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful or infringes the rights of third parties.
• Publishing, distributing and commercially using the content you generate is your own responsibility; you must comply with applicable labelling obligations for AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye; for consumer transactions the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
