Preliminary Information Form

1. Seller Information

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts to inform the Buyer before completing a subscription or token pack purchase.

Yeşilçam Studios (website: yesilcamstudios.com) is a platform of AI-powered production studios (hereinafter "Yeşilçam Studios" or the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("Loopcode" or the "Seller"), whose identity and contact details are given below.

2. Main Characteristics of the Service

The service subject to this form is digital content purchased by the Buyer through the Platform and used for AI generations on the Platform:

• Subscription plan: A time-based membership billed monthly or annually according to the selected plan, which loads the plan's tokens at the start of each period and provides plan benefits. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• Token pack: A one-time purchase of a set amount of tokens (including any pack bonus) loaded instantly into the Buyer's token wallet upon payment confirmation.

The token cost of each generation is shown on the Platform before the operation is started. Tokens can only be used for generations within the Platform; they cannot be converted to cash or transferred to third parties.

3. Total Price

Plan and pack prices are shown to the Buyer at checkout. Prices are expressed in Turkish Lira (TL/TRY) for the Türkiye market and in US Dollars (USD) for other markets.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied at the applicable rate (general rate 20%). Displayed prices include VAT.

No separate service or transaction fee is charged to the Buyer in addition to the plan or pack price.

The total amount payable by the Buyer, including taxes, is clearly shown as a single line on the payment screen before payment confirmation. By confirming the payment, the Buyer agrees to pay this amount.

The e-Archive invoice for the sale is issued by Loopcode within the period required by law (7 days) and sent to the e-mail address declared by the Buyer.

4. Payment and Performance

Payments are collected through the iyzico payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. The Buyer's card details are transmitted to iyzico to process the payment and are not stored by Loopcode. For subscriptions, card details are stored securely by iyzico for renewal payments.

At checkout the Buyer provides first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, billing address, identity/tax number where required, and card details (via iyzico). Details on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

After the payment is completed successfully the service is performed immediately: tokens are loaded into the Buyer's wallet and/or the subscription is started. The Buyer receives a transactional confirmation e-mail after the purchase.

5. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer has no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in the electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer; and under Article 15(1)(h), for services whose performance began with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expired.

Since token packs are loaded into the wallet instantly upon payment confirmation and the subscription service starts immediately with the Buyer's approval upon payment confirmation, these products fall under the above exceptions. By approving this form, the Buyer declares that they request immediate performance of the service and knowingly accept that they therefore have no right of withdrawal.

Although not legally required, Loopcode accepts in good faith refund requests for entirely unused token packs (no tokens spent) submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Details are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Complaints and Competent Authorities

The Buyer may submit requests and complaints regarding the purchase to the Seller. The support e-mail address info@loopcode.co may be used for this purpose.

Where the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, disputes arising from the contract may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees of the Buyer's place of residence or of the place of transaction within the monetary limits announced each year, and before the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits.

7. Other Provisions

This Preliminary Information Form contains the information required to be given before the contract is concluded under the Regulation on Distance Contracts and takes effect together with the Distance Sales Agreement. All mutual rights and obligations regarding the purchase are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement. Matters not covered by this form are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Before confirming the purchase, the Buyer declares that they have read, reviewed and been informed of the content of this Preliminary Information Form, which includes the Seller's identity and contact details, the main characteristics of the service, the total price including taxes, the payment and performance method, information on the cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, and the complaint authorities.
