Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Principle

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund processes for subscription plans and token packs purchased through the Yeşilçam Studios platform (yesilcamstudios.com). The Platform is operated by Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("Loopcode"), and Loopcode is the seller.

The purchased products are digital content and are performed instantly upon payment confirmation. Therefore there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the refund cases below are Loopcode's own policy.

2. Token Packs

Entirely unused token packs: If none of the pack's tokens have been spent, the Buyer may request a refund by writing to info@loopcode.co within 14 days of the purchase date. For an approved refund the pack price is refunded in full and the tokens loaded with the pack (including the bonus) are deducted from the wallet.

Partially or fully used packs are not refundable. Which pack the tokens in the wallet come from is determined in purchase order (first purchased, first used).

3. Subscriptions

3.1. Cancellation

The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from within the app or by writing to info@loopcode.co. Cancellation stops the next renewal payment; plan benefits and the period's tokens remain available until the end of the current period.

3.2. Refunds

The amount paid for a subscription period that has started is not refunded, in part for the remaining portion of the period or in full. For renewal payments made without the Buyer's knowledge, a refund request is considered if submitted within 14 days of the renewal and none of the period's tokens have been used.

4. Failed Generations

Tokens of generations that fail for a reason attributable to Loopcode or its providers are refunded to the Buyer's wallet automatically when the job completes. For failures caused by the Buyer's input (unsupported file, prompt violating policy, etc.) tokens may not be refunded; this is shown in the job result.

If an automatic refund did not occur, the Buyer may write to info@loopcode.co quoting the job ID; requests are resolved within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method and Period

Approved refunds are made to the card used by the Buyer at the time of payment, through the iyzico infrastructure, within 14 days at the latest. The time for the amount to appear on the card may vary depending on the bank's processes. Refunds are not made in cash or to a different payment instrument.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure beyond the parties' control, such as natural disasters, war, general network outages or large-scale service outages of AI providers, Loopcode cannot be held liable for the temporary non-performance of the service; tokens not spent during this period remain in the wallet and subscription periods may be extended by the duration of the outage.
