Modeling a floor plan in 3D is a chore between the drawing and the conversation with the client. Maket takes the DXF you already have and gives you a walkable model in seconds.

What it reads

Lines and polylines become walls; parallel pairs merge into thick walls. Arcs become doors. Closed polygons become rooms with names and areas. Text becomes labels.

What it gets right by itself

Units from the header, common layer names, door swings, window openings cut into walls, room areas. On a clean drawing you do nothing.

Where you intervene

Unusual layer names: open the Layers panel and set the role. The scene rebuilds instantly. Floor height: one slider. That is normally the whole edit.

What to do with it

Walk the client through the plan in first person. Export GLB for your visualization tool. Save the project so the next revision starts from the same settings.
