A flat subscription for generative production has a flaw: it charges the person who makes three images the same as the person who renders an hour of video. Tokens fix the fairness; plans keep the predictability.
Tokens are the unit
Every operation has a token price that tracks its real cost. Prices live in one table and every studio, the CLI and the pricing page read from it. When costs change, they change everywhere at once.
Plans set the rate
A plan gives a monthly allowance and a multiplier. Heavier users pay less per operation because they commit more. Light users stay on the free plan and buy a pack when they need one.
Packs are optional
Packs never expire and carry a bonus for everyone. They are there for the busy month, not as a second subscription.
Refunds are automatic
If a job fails on our side, tokens return to the wallet without a ticket. You should only ever pay for what came out.
