People hear "AI film studio" and picture a single prompt that returns a feature film. What actually works is less magical and more useful: a pipeline where each step produces something you can read, look at or listen to before the next step spends money.
The steps
A story becomes a screenplay with scenes. Each scene gets a storyboard frame. Frames become clips. Clips get voices, lip sync and music. Everything is assembled and rendered. At every point you can stop, change one thing and continue.
