- Your remaining token balance is closed together with the account.

Subscriptions
A subscription you started on the web is not renewed once the account is closed, and your card is not charged again. If you started your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it separately in that store’s subscription settings; deleting your account does not stop a store subscription.
After deletion, a confirmation email is sent to your email address.
If you cannot access your account
If you cannot sign in, write to us through the contact form from the email address registered to your account; once we have verified it is you, we delete the account on your behalf.
