Property marketing runs on video, and most agents do not have a presenter on call for every listing. An AI presenter can introduce listings, explain neighbourhoods and share market tips every week. Real estate also has a clear rule that AI must respect: the property in the video must be the real property. This post shows how to use AI Influencer Studio for property videos without crossing that line.

The golden rule: real photos for the real property

Scene videos generate new images. A generated living room is not the apartment you are selling, so never use generated rooms, views or exteriors to show a listing. Show the property only through your own photos and floor plans:

  • In the Long video tab, add up to four listing photos, the floor plan or a screenshot of the listing page in the Screenshots field. Screen shots show each image exactly as it is, with a slow zoom and narration; nothing in them is generated.
  • Do not use them as product images: product shots are newly generated from the image and are meant for objects, not for a property.
  • Use generated scenes only for the presenter: talking to camera in a neutral setting.

Four video formats

1. The listing introduction (30–60 seconds)

Talking opener with the headline (area, size, one standout feature), three Screen shots of your real photos with one sentence each, a screen shot of the floor plan, and a talking close with the call to action. Put the price, size and address on screen from your own text, not improvised in speech.

2. The neighbourhood guide

A presenter explains transport, schools and daily life in an area. Use your own photos of the streets for cutaways, or keep it a talking video. Facts like travel times come from you or from sources you checked.

3. Market explainers with sources

An influencer automation with the industry "residential real estate in [your city]", one video a week, pattern Explainer or Q&A, and a guideline like "Explain one thing buyers often misunderstand about mortgages or fees, with at least two reliable sources." Finance-related topics get a short disclaimer and no definitive advice. Keep "Show me first" on and check every figure. See the research guide.

4. The buyer FAQ

Short talking videos, each answering one question you hear every week: viewing process, deposit, documents. One question, one minute, one clear answer.

Be clear with your audience

  • Do not present the AI presenter as a real agent who will meet buyers. Introduce it as your channel's presenter.
  • Many platforms ask creators to label realistic AI-generated content; check the rules where you publish.
  • Advertising rules for property can be strict in your country. Your own text for price, size and terms is the safe source.

Frequently asked

Can I use a 3D model of the property? If you have floor plans, Maket turns DXF, DWG, PDF or a photo of a plan into a walkable 3D model; a screenshot of it can then appear as a Screen shot, labelled as a model.

Can the presenter stand inside my listing? Do not try to show that. A scene built around your interior photo is a new generated image, not your real room. Keep the presenter and the property in separate shots: the presenter in talking shots, the property in Screen shots of your real photos.

How long should a listing video be? Thirty to sixty seconds is usually enough to make someone book a viewing. Longer tours over a minute need Pro.
