Everything you make or upload in Yeşilçam Studios, images, videos, character photos and source files, is private by default. Only you can see it, and it is not available through a public link. If you want to share something, you ask for a public link or a post on The Wall, and the Yeşilçam team reviews the request. This guide explains how that works.

What does private mean?

A private file opens only for you while you are signed in. The addresses the app uses to show your files are temporary and expire after a few hours, so a copied address stops working. Files you upload for an AI influencer, such as your own photo, are always private and are used only for your own jobs; see the AI influencer safety guide.

Where do I see a file's visibility?

Open the file in your Library. The Visibility panel shows one of four states:

  • Private: only you can see it.
  • Awaiting approval: your request is waiting for review; the file stays private until it is approved.
  • Public: anyone with the link can open it. It does not appear on The Wall.
  • On The Wall: anyone can see it on The Wall, in the app and on the website, and it also opens by link.

How do I get a public link?

  1. Open the file and choose "Request a public link".
  2. The state changes to Awaiting approval. The file remains private meanwhile.
  3. When the request is approved, you get a notice ("Your public link is ready") and can copy or share the link. People you send it to can open the file without signing in.

If a request is not approved, you are told, sometimes with a short note explaining why.

How do I share on The Wall?

The Wall is the community wall where anyone can see what members share. Choose "Share on The Wall", add a title (it is shown with your post) and send. Wall posts are always reviewed before they appear. Only images and videos can be shared on The Wall.

Why are requests reviewed?

A public file can be seen by anyone. Review keeps out content that should not be public, for example material that breaks the content rules or shows a real person without permission, and protects you from sharing something by mistake. Withdrawing is never reviewed: you can take sharing back at any moment.

How do I make a file private again?

  • Withdraw request: cancels a pending request.
  • Make private: only you can see the file again. Links you shared stop working, and if the file is on The Wall it is removed from there too.
  • Remove from The Wall: the post disappears from The Wall immediately and the file stays in your library. Unless you also have an approved public link, the file becomes private again.

All three take effect immediately, without waiting for anyone.

What about files made by automations?

Videos made by influencer automation are private like everything else. The delivery email contains a download link that works for 7 days; after that, download from your library.

Frequently asked

Is my content used to train AI models? No. Your uploads and outputs belong to you and are not used to train models.

Why did an old link I shared stop working? Either the file was made private, or it was a temporary address copied from the app rather than an approved public link. Request a public link to share a lasting address.

Can I download my own files at any time? Yes. Private files are always available to you in your library and can be downloaded.
